Introduction

What is the BLA and what can I do with it?

Quick overview of creating assessments, development loops, and how to use it (moving enablers and blockers around, inviting other people, getting feedback, getting a report WITH feedback in it, only then creating a development looprepeating loops and/or creating new assessments as development progresses).

Also, include a basic intro to the breakthrough model. 

How we show up with our behaviors is not just a product of how proficient we are at certain tasks or how capable we are in certain areas. It’s a complex result of beliefsvaluesexperiences, and learnings. Our Breakthrough models represent this via 7 fundamental dimensions, each one a set of enablers and blockers.

Enablers & Blockers
Enablers are the behaviors, values, and beliefs we consciously decide to apply (or not). Blockers are mirrors of the enablers, but instead represent our automatic reactions, triggered by conscious and unconscious fears, that actively prevent us from acting as our true selves.

These models are multidimensionaldynamic and rich, letting us return you a deeper and more complex picture of your leaders, your teams and your organization.
