Journey

An Leadership Development Journey is a series of at least 2 modules that are designed for developing leaders and future leaders with a clear overall intention. ​​​​​​​A journey that we either curate for the participants or that every individual can shape on his/her own. What differentiates our Leadership Journey as a Solution  is the breadth that it covers: they are Journeys (usually 9-12 months long) in which leaders or high potentials from different parts of the organization come together and improve their personal impact on a wide array of skills and capabilities on individual, team and organizational level.

We deliver Assessment Centers and subsequent onboarding for all leadership levels, offering behavioral simulations, questionnaires, interviews and coaching conversations, providing expertise in observation and evaluation processes.We work together with organizations to help them find the right people and to help people find the right organizations through value, culture, and skill fit. We enable the organizations to make data-based decisions supported by objective criteria and valid methods. For the candidates, we create an enjoyable and useful experience and help them settle in the new role through onboarding coaching.
