01. How do I access the BLA?
You will get an invitation to access the BLA via email

The email will have a link 🔗 that will bring you to the BLA account creation page
If you already have an account, the link brings you directly to the BLA login page.
The BLA is optimized for mobile and similar touchscreen devices, but it also works perfectly well on your laptop or desktop devices.
02. How do I create my account and do I need to add a profile picture?
The first time you use the BLA, your link takes you directly to the account creation page to set your password, agree to the terms and conditions, and add a profile picture.
If you are only giving feedback to other people and you are not personally requesting feedback from other people, you do not need to add a profile picture.
Instead, click “Continue without photo.”
However, you are certainly welcome to add a profile picture. It will display as your avatar on your personal dashboard, where you can manage all of your feedback requests.
03. I created my account, what do I do now?
On your main dashboard, you should see one or more feedback requests.
Click 🏁 REPLY NOW 🏁 to start your feedback session for the person named in the request.
04. It says my dashboard is empty, what do I do?
If you do not see any feedback requests:
- It is possible the person who invited you closed their feedback session. You can check with them directly.
- If you have multiple colleagues involved in different programs, the request may be associated with a different BLA program. In this case, there will be a drop-down menu in the top-right of your dashboard, which allows you to toggle between programs. If there is no drop-down menu, then the person you invited may have closed their feedback session. You can check with them directly.
