01. Can I start a new Assessment?
Explain when it makes sense to do a new assessment (after a change in situation, significant development or after a certain period of time). 🆕
❗Note that any open Development Loop will stay open even after you start a new assessment.
Make it clear that once you start a new assessment, the open assessment will close and people can’t reply to it anymore. 🔒
🆕 ASSESSMENT
If, after several months, you feel you have made significant progress in your development, then you can create a NEW ASSESSMENT in your personal dashboard. You will do a new self-reflection and the BLA will automatically suggest you re-invite all of your previously-invited ASSESSMENT feedback providers. You can remove them and/or add new feedback providers as needed.
❗You can create as many assessments as you like, but you can only have one assessment open at a time. You will need to close any open assessment to start a new one.
