What are LDJs?
We believe true leadership development requires inner transformation. Lasting behavioral change happens when employees shift toward a leadership mindset, making personal growth essential.
At the same time, we drive outer transformation by equipping leaders with the skills and tools to take action and “walk the talk.” Through input, practice, and feedback, we build both competence and confidence.
Our Journeys go beyond traditional training, unfolding in three modules: “Leading Myself” (developing a leadership mindset), “Leading Others / the Team” (empowering high-performing teams), and “Leading the Organization” (driving strategic impact). A 360-degree feedback assessment kicks off the journey, with learning nuggets enriching the experience along the way.

An LDJ is a series of virtual and face-to-face workshops and touchpoints that, together, aim to develop leadership mindsets and behaviors in leaders of differing seniority.
We typically recommend a 6-9 month duration. However, depending on specific needs, it can sometimes last longer (12-24 months) or shorter (4-5 months).
Yes, all our sessions can be delivered virtually. However, we recommend delivering the first Module face-to-face to build a strong sense of community among participants and engage them in the journey from the beginning.
We recommend including a 360 feedback at the beginning of the Journey. By adding an additional 360 feedback as a follow-up at 3 – 6 months after the end of the program, we can get a measure of the impact of the LDJ. In addition to that, we always capture immediate reactions from the participants through feedback surveys. It is also possible to measure specific metrics that can show, indirectly, the progress (team/department performance, turnover rates, productivity, etc.).
