Neha is an Executive Consultant and Key Account Manager at atrain Germany. She specializes in the fields of talent assessment and selection, leadership development, and organizational transformations. Neha received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi and her Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London (UCL). She is a certifiedLCP (Leadership Circle Profile) coach and a Scrum Master. She also has additional qualifications from Hogan Assessment Systems for personality measures (HPI, HDS, MVPI). ​

As a Senior Consultant, Neha consults and supports her clients holistically, ranging from a precise analysis of needs and expectations, tailored conceptual design of trainings, workshops, and selection methods, to on-site facilitation and follow-up. Her fields of expertise include, amongst others, assessment methods, cultural change in organizations, and developing agile organizations and teams. ​

Neha has nurtured and expanded her passion for understanding and developing people since her early education. She is deeply interested in understanding the unique challenges of different organizations and people and tailoring solutions to add value.
