Executive Consultant at atrain GmbH
Ema is an Executive Consultant and Solution Designer at atrain, specializing in people and organizational development. After gathering work experience at Volkswagen (Portugal) as part of the HRDevelopment Team, Ema joined atrain and moved to Germany in 2017.
Ema focuses on the conceptualization and end-to-end creation of different solutions for global customers in various industries. Leveraging her psychology background, Ema works closely together with both internal and external stakeholders in the co-creation of different solutions such as AgileTransformation Journeys, Leadership Development Programs, Leadership Summits, Trainings andWorkshops, Development and Assessment Centres.
Ema is passionate about improving people’s lives – specifically, her passion about supporting people in their journey to their best selves and find fulfillment at work is what led her to pursue a career as a Consultant, to work alongside different organizations in creating the best environment for its people.

- Leadership Development Program for a Global Market Research company, including Pre-Briefing/GroupCoaching calls, 2.5-day f2f workshop and follow-up individual coaching sessions
- Trainings/workshops for individual contributors and teams on agile topics (e.g. Team Chartering workshops with newly-established self-organized teams, Webinars on Hackathons)
