Dominik is Senior Lead, Market Development | Enterprise at atrain, where he focuses on building new and developing strategic client relationships across European markets. With more than 10 years of professional experience across B2B sales, consulting, GTM, talent and leadership, he brings a broad perspective on the commercial, organizational and people-related challenges businesses face.

At atrain, Dominik works closely with C-Level executives and senior decision-makers to understand what is really driving a business challenge and connect it with the right expertise and solution. His work spans leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent and transformation, as well as AI-enabled solutions. He is involved across the full client journey, from opening new relationships and exploring needs to shaping solutions with atrain’s consultants, navigating complex decision processes and developing long-term partnerships.

Before joining atrain, Dominik worked across commercial, consulting and in-house environments. He has built new markets from the ground up, led teams during periods of growth, developed and improved internal processes and worked with senior stakeholders on questions that sit at the intersection of business performance, people and execution. His experience includes designing new approaches to improve hiring quality and reduce employee attrition, as well as contributing to cross-functional and global initiatives around market intelligence, candidate experience and organizational effectiveness.

During his time at LinkedIn, Dominik partnered closely with senior Sales Leaders and Directors across the DACH region, advising on business-critical talent decisions, workforce priorities and execution risks. He also contributed to global initiatives designed to improve processes, generate better market insights and strengthen decision-making across teams. This experience shaped his understanding of how closely commercial performance is connected to leadership, talent, structure and the quality of decisions organizations make every day.

What defines Dominik’s approach is curiosity and commercial pragmatism, combined with a naturally positive attitude and a genuine smile. He enjoys getting beneath the initial request, challenging assumptions where useful and understanding the wider context before jumping to a solution.
