As a process facilitator and coach with over 20 years of experience, Joachim Stempfle assists organizations in implementing people-centered transformation processes quickly and effectively.
The goal is to enable individuals, leadership teams and organizations to initiate and implement change “from within”. Therefore, the ability to change can be written in the DNA of the organization. Joachim Stempfle has a wide range of experience working as a facilitator, a coach and a Keynote speaker.
His focus: Facilitation at a senior and executive leadership level, presenting Keynotes and working with large group sessions.

- Strategic and operational support of the transformation journey of a global company in the healthcare industry, including coaching of decision makers, events for the top 200 executives, and support of the transformation journeys for various affiliates and functions.
- Strategic and operational support for the transformation of a large energy provider in Germany, including development of an HR strategy and support for the HR transformation, development of leadership principles, leadership development program for the top 200, building a leadership community among the top 100 executives.
- Accompanied the cultural transformation of 100 branches of a commercial organization, including conducting several summits for general managers and regional leadership teams, developing and implementing a leadership development program consisting of 3 modules (worldwide implementation in5 languages), accompanying affiliates and coaching decision-makers.
