Finding the right talent
Our customer assumed that the candidate
was a great HR talent, but being in her 20ies,
key stakeholders did not trust her to take a key role.
After our 3h Assessment, not only were the stakeholders
on board, but the talent had a great clarity
what would expect her in the new role
and where she would need to focus her development.
Protective Titer
for SARS COV-2
During the pandemic, biotech companies
were racing to find an antibody protection threshold.
Simply put, how many antibodies do you need
in order to be ‘protected.’
We were brought in to coach the special squad
which was assembled to complete this task.
Leadership Journeys
that evolve the organization
This large energy and energy infrastructure provider
faced the challenge of developing their leaders
to be ready for the challenges of the 21st century.
In this fairly traditional industry, our customers struggled
to position themselves as an employer that can attract
the talent required to tackle these new challenges.
In a company-wide leadership development journey,
we enabled leaders from all departments
and levels to reflect, challenge themselves,
leave their comfort zone, and learn how to lead others
in these new times of change and uncertainty.
Executive Development
Days
Our Pharma industry customer wanted a development program focusing on promoting the development of women into executive positions. The participants were from different stages in their career development wanting to have work life balance and take on leadership executive roles.
One of the main objectives of the program was to not compare the participants with each other but support them in their development and to motivate them to support each other on their journey and the challenges faced on an executive level. Through a 2-day development program and coaching we supported numerous participants to grow into future leaders.
Operating Model
Creation & Support
Our customer realized that their existing department structure was outdated and they set out to create an agile matrix organization. The new setup was co-created in a set of design sprints that included over 50 members of the department with various backgrounds . Together, they built the foundation for their new operating model, including the agile leadership roles that would be needed to run this new setup. Since then, we are supporting the organization in its ongoing effort to put their customers first.
